Counterfeit Casino For a Cause At Revival 1869

The event was the Counterfeit Casino For a Cause hosted by the Clayton Mid-day Rotary. The “cause” you ask?  To secure funding for the Michael Foy Smith Memorial Scholarship Endowment. The event took place on Main Street, right here in the heart of beautiful Historic Downtown Clayton at Revival 1869. I know what you’re thinking, gambling, top shelf whiskeys and bourbons, handcrafted cocktails, and all for a good cause – this must be too good to be true! Right? Wrong, and from the outside looking in, it appeared to be a huge success! There was great Jazz music, good company, thunderous laughter, actual Vegas style gambling, raffles, and an amazing whiskey and bourbon tasting given by Mike Stojic. It was an honor to attend and capture this event. Take a look below, leave me your comments and feel free to share! Thank you and please enjoy.

Appaloosa Festival

My first Appaloosa Festival was INTENSE! I was fortunate to be able to assist with social media at this most recent Appaloosa Festival. The location is the picturesque Front Royal, Virginia, high atop the Appalachian Mountains.

Deep River’s Jorts in July & Axe Throwing Day

I made it to my first Jorts in July event down at Deep River Brewing Company. Over the last year I feel like I’ve really gotten to know a lot of people here.
